The 2009 LifeTime Fitness Triathlon hurt a lot but was a blast to be a part of.  Can't remember a closer race in my history of racing.  I wish I was on the winning end of the sprint finish but I gave it my best shot and it I'm proud of my race.  Enjoy the video.
