This video is a more complete version of the 2009 Wildflower race.  It has some great coverage and shows more of everything. 

I'm back training and putting in some good work for the rest of the season.  My next race will be the Escape from Alcatraz on June 14th.  Really looking forward to it!  It is my favorite race out there and if you ever have the chance to do it I would highly recommend it (provided you train for it!).
